My Pension Online Scheduled Maintenance

We would like to inform you that due to essential system maintenance 'My Pension Online' services will be unavailable on the following dates:

  • Wednesday 28th February (Cumbria and Merseyside Members)
  • Thursday  1st March (Lancashire Members)

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

My Pension Online allows you to:

  • View the estimates that you have requested from us
  • View your annual pension benefit statement
  • View your deferred benefit statement, once you have left the scheme
  • Receive electronic communications from us 
  • View your pay slip/P60 details
  • View who you have nominated to receive your lump sum Death Grant
  • Print forms to amend your nominations 
  • Check the accuracy of your pension scheme record
  • Input new address or bank account details securely
  • Calculate your Pension benefits due at retirement
